Ipeleng joined Lireas in February 2023. He is a Chartered Accountant who qualified at Nedbank Ltd. His experience includes holding Investment Banking and distressed debt roles. In addition to that, he spent some time in the mining sector.

In his role as the Corporate Finance Specialist, he is responsible for valuations and deal structuring as well as sharing various insights with internal and external stakeholders.

Ipeleng is people-centred, detail orientated and a high performer. During his articles, he received the awards for being the top 1^st year, 2^nd year and Overall Top CA Trainee.
