Sinethemba is a Corporate Finance Specialist at Lireas Holdings, a role she assumed in March 2025. Soon after completing her articles with the FirstRand Group and qualifying as a Charted Accountant, Sinethemba joined RMB Investment Banking Division as a Debt Capital Markets Transactor where she worked with companies raise funding in the Sub-Saharan African market. With a private credit focus in her previous role, Sinethemba developed a passion for working with entrepreneurs and SMEs given the opportunity it gives her to contribute towards making real impact and fostering innovation. If Sinethemba is not solving problems and pursing investment opportunities within the insurance ecosystem, you will find her spending time with family, travelling to explore the outdoors or enjoying a good yoga / pilates work out.
